It's tims, What more do you expect? then an upset stomic.I had one of there steak panini the advertisement had red and yellow peppers in it. I never got thoes on my panini. the only good thing about it was the meat to be honest. the cheese was that plastic slice cheese. and there was not much sauce used.next time I think I'll go to subway if i want some cooperate food.I recommend staying with the local food places then something from Tim's.

This is not my first trip to this location. Staff is always friendly, store is always clean, and bathrooms are up to par. My wife and I have family in the area and will frequently stop there before our fishing trips as well. Don't change, you are doing great! See you all next time.

I came here to get hotchocolate and the last who answered in English but spoke French didn't understand me so she sent another girl to talk who again couldn't take my order and got another woman to take out order... it's so sad. You hire people who can't speak English.

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received on Saturday, June 17th, at approximately 10:30 am. The experience I encountered at your drive-through has left me deeply dissatisfied.Upon reaching the drive-through, I placed an order for a Wrap du travailleur on a plain bagel. Regrettably, I was forced to wait for over 15 minutes before receiving my order.To my dismay, when I finally received my order and left, I discovered that it was incorrect. The wrap was not on a bagel as requested. Consequently, I had to endure an additional 15-minute wait in the drive-through line to rectify the mistake. However, what followed only added to my disappointment.When I arrived at the window, I was met by an exceptionally rude Tim Hortons employee. Her demeanor was confrontational and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, demanding that I return the incorrect wrap. In an attempt to avoid further delay, I offered to keep it and give it to my boyfriend, as I was aware that uneaten food is usually discarded. However, the employee escalated the situation by yelling at me that Tim Hortons does not provide free food.This entire ordeal, which lasted over 30 minutes, not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I find it entirely unacceptable that I was subjected to being shouted at and received no form of compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused.
