It is impressive that this facility can be running 15 min behind on appts after only being open for 30. Every time. Don’t bother making an appt. Oh, and the triage staff is perfectly condescending also, love it when people clearly hate their jobs! Our tax dollars hard at work:)

Land of the hostile workers who hate their job. felt the hostile energy as soon as we walked in. lady at the desk started screaming at the guy in front of us. All the workers were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I understand they wanna be outside enjoying the sunlight but this is not acceptable. Staff doesn’t have manners. We told them we are unemployed and they were judging us.

I just spoke to an representative over the phone. I wish i had her name and badge number because she was so rude to me! First of all, there are so many options to go through- I needed to speak to someone about my Ontario photo card. She was a representative for the health care, she made me explain my photo card issue to her 3 times before directing my call to the photo card representative. The rude part from the call, was when i told her i did not receive my card in the mail because the representative who did my application put the wrong address on my application, this representative i spoke to today on the phone said with a huff well you should have checked that before leaving the service Ontario centre". Her whole attitude on the call was rude like you are bothering her for calling in. She's awful! After I spoke with the Ontario Photo Card representative

I was surprised to be treated bad and resist by one of the officer in this department number 18 seat you are very bad guy, for sure tomorrow I will go to resing this problem to the management I have evidence videos and Audio two days + you are refusing to renew my health car without no reason send me home two days to bring bank statement when I have my previous health card as well as my Ontario Driving license I never change the address the place I live here it's my own house this is not right service, we are pay taxes why discrimination everyone should be treated equally and by following the duties and responsibilities and obay the laws of Canada being black or brown Asian it's not problem we all Canadian why this much division

I went for my healthcard all staff members were friendly and helpful. service is also good only sometime it gets little more busy. the only thing i dont like is there were no wifi internet for guests.

Don’t waste time arriving before 5 pm. They never close at 5 pm, at 4:30 pm we have a gentleman really stress out to finish his shift at time, telling to people I can almost warranty you that cannot make your replacement after 4 persons in line, his actitud was just of a person that is not willing to help. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

45 min wait time. Only 2 wickets open despite the fact they have 21 wickets that can be used..how can they justify this terrible service.. the staff need to be ordered to return to work full time and not be permitted to work from home". Why is there no accountability here?"

Racist staff. Went to get health card with my brother, they treated us very poorly… receptionist lady was giving us weird look and she didn’t treat us with good behaviour. Maybe because we are immigrants.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. RESPECT THEIR TIME AND YOURS.*CHECK DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST on their website BEFOREHAND. they are not required to mend the rules for you and shouldn't be either.*I booked an appointment 20 minutes before i got there, and got called not a minute after my booked time slot. Was in and out within 15 minutes while i saw about 30-40 people seated still waiting, with about 5 more lining up to check-in that hadn't booked an appointment. The executive assisting me mentioned those that walk-in, are the least of their priority because of the volumes of requests they deal with. And they close their doors at 5. Doesn't matter if you waited hours in the office having walked in. They WILL and SHOULD prioritize those that book in advance and show up on time.

All foreigners are so rude. They don’t treat politely to Indians. Your country grows just because of Indians as you cannot work to that level as Indians do. So be nice to everyone.
