Ottawa Valley Cleaning

I can't say enough wonderful things about Madi, Kendra and the entire OVC team. We have partnered with them to regularly clean our vacation rental property and each and every time I am blown away by the wonderful job that they do. They always ensure that the home is spotless and they have such great attention to detail and ensure that nothing is ever overlooked. On top of that, they are reliable, kind and simply wonderful people, always willing to help in any way they can and going above and beyond what is expected of them. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Ottawa Valley Cleaning and give them the highest recommendation!

Wishing I could give a better overall rating, but after 2 visits I will not be continuing with this service. Had a wonderful first experience with a deep clean of the house I could not have been happier with. Booked a second appointment that was not properly input into the calendar and they had to cancel. No big deal really, it happens. Finally got a second cleaning and it was not at all the same experience. A few hours late and I guess pushing up on the end of the day, lots of corners cut ( not moving bathroom soap to clean counter behind sink, not moving toaster to clean kitchen counter. Not dusting shelves, even empty ones, etc). Not to mention they left without notifying me they were done, I was sitting right outside and confused to see their car gone.

They don't have any respect to their clients. I have been with them for a year now I used to book with them every 4-6 weeks every time to book them I have to email them at least 3 times over 3 weeks in order for them to get back to me ( how is that convenient?!!) even if you guys are busy that doesn't mean you don't reply in a timely manner to your regular clients. Last time I emailed them was in December I have sent 3 emails with no reply at all till now. With all due respect how do you expect to keep in business if you can't keep your regular clients? anyway I don't recommend their services to anyone.

Ottawa Valley Cleaning provides excellent quality cleaning services! Their cleaning team is highly professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. We always look forward to their routine cleaning visit to pamper ourselves with an extremely clean home!

I broke my leg this winter and hired Ottawa Valley Cleaning to come in and clean my house. They did an amazing job..fast ..thorough..and quiet. A pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend them ! I would definitely call them again.
