I bought a winter jacket yesterday for my wife's birthday and the staff was very outgoing and so polite. Well the coat was one size too small so I brought it back today and had it exchanged with no problems and the staff again blew my mind with how helpful and nice they were. Thankyou and I'll definitely tell everyone how great my experience was.

Carry a wide variety of items and brands. The shoe section gas a scanner for you to check and see if the shoe you old like is in stock. Also staff available to assist. The store is be pricy but usually has items on sale as well. The aisles are clear of items. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff are always kind and helpful without being in your face, great selection of clothing. I'd like to see more Bn3th Entourage underwear for men but other than that. My favourite place to shop for my clothes.

Sport Chek has a lot of great products especially sportswear that is geared towards the new technology and fashion. Prices are okay and they have an abundant amount of stock. The staff there are quite helpful and very polite. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the Stars also kept very clean. They've got all the brand names and Sporting Goods.

Super helpful staff, but I find it hard to believe that I could not purchase a bike because A. The technician was off that day and B. The manager was in on a conference call. So nobody could sign off on the pre-sale checks therefore unable to sell the bike to me for unknown amount of time. Unacceptable. Must not like business.
