Rob has been great. Honest, easy to work with, and thorough. Rob came by between jobs to help me out. My spa was leaking and he was able to correct the leak, replace my pump and as a kindness he also sorted a connector with my pool pump just because he new it wasn't done right in the first place.His rates were fair and his work is excellent. I'd recommend Rob without question!

Rob gave us excellent service! We needed a pool pump part supplied and installed. We did not know anyone to do this but we contacted Dun-Rite Spas & Pools. He was very reliable, got the part supplied and installed on the date he said he would as well as a follow up service call for an additional part installation. Very knowledgeable and reliable!very reasonable price as well!

An honest technician who will repair your pool or spa at a fair rate - this was my experience dealing with Rob at Dunrite Spa and Pool Service. I usually pride myself in doing most of the work around my place but sometimes you need a professional for certain jobs.I called Rob when one of my two spa packs failed. Rob was able to drop by within a few days of my phone call. As suspected, a circuit board had failed on one of the spa packs (my fault for not noticing a fuse access cover was left open resulting in a bit of water getting into the spa pack).Unfortunately, both spa packs had to be replaced as a new one would not talk" with the old one. I knew this would be a hefty bill for the spa packs alone. I am familiar with the pricing if I had ordered the two packs and had tried to install them myself. Rob's quote for the replacement parts and labour was great... it was a really good deal. A few days later

I bought an old tub that was supposed to be in working order, but I couldn’t get the heater to stay on. Rob came and had a look and diagnosed the problem. He found the parts and plumbed the heating element properly, now I can finally use the hot tub! He was very helpful throughout the whole process and even followed up a couple days later to check in and see if it was working. Would definitely recommend!

Sooner or later your tub will need service, even if it is a Jacuzzi. My tub is 15 years old, and still works like new thanks to Rob. Professional, quick, and reasonable rates. Thanks Rob for taking care of my tub.

I’ve had Rod over numerous times and he always gets the job done at a reasonable price.New update: Rod went to bat for me regarding a deficiency with my hot tub cover and came through with a replacement in his time and expense. Can’t say enough about how good the guy is.

Rob answered the call right away, was professional and showed up exactly when he said he would. I was having a problem that 2 other repairmen from other outfits miss-diagnosed. Rob took the time to figure out the actual issue and fixed it the same day. Life is easier with people you can depend on!

We had a leak in our hot tub, Rob came out and had it fixed within an hour even though our hot tub pump area is really difficult to access. Great communication, service and price. Will definitely use Dunrite for any issues in the future!

We were in a serious jam as our Hot Tub’s heater broke over the winter’s coldest section and the breaker was tripped. Frozen! Pipe burst! Leak somewhere… Rob was the only repair man willing to help with this complex problem and he handled the situation professionally and with a great deal of kindness and care. We’re up and running! Rob Baker is amazing when it comes to hot tubs. We inherited an older tub, and Rob manage to recondition it to brand new. Without it costing us an arm and a leg, he is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and makes all his suggestions understandable to the layperson. His pricing is fair and reasonable. The tub he reconditioned for us with the gecko tub which is not a common tub. Thank you Rob for great service!
