My highlights look good. Zillay's hygiene practices could use some work. I felt the need to shower after visiting the salon. Lice would spread like wild fire in that place. Not to mention the constant upselling she attempts. I will not be returning.

The salon was under renovation. Unfortunately a bit to overzealous with wanting to upsell. Overall color was done well and extra foils were put in. Cut was quick. Stylist seemed to be very preoccupied with other things. A different experience. The pushy sales tactics has deterred me from wanting to go back. Needs to be conscious when setting appointments and provide credit payment methods, especially if trying to upsell.

Had my hair highlighted and cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to do it. Very friendly and accommodating. Salon could use some updates but all was good. Thanks Zillay!

The haircut was really good. They provide professional haircuts at a very good price. According to her, the diameter of my hair is a bit bigger than usual, which affects the volume of it. She worked through that and gave me a great haircut. Finally, got a good saloon in the neighbourhood.

Zillay Beauty Salon is the only salon that cuts my hair the way I want. I was never satisfied with my previous haircuts until I met Zillay.She is a really good business owner. She is a hard-worker, affordable, kind and will not let you leave until you are satisfied with her service. She spent hours on my hair to give me the perfect colour and make me happy. She is also very flexible with scheduling. I am overall pleased with her service. She's awesome!

I went to this salon just to try their service on colouring my hair. The salon is so not fancy (not inside the mall)as well as the price was affordable. The thing that I really liked the most is the result of their service. I was not expecting the colour and highlights they did to my hair was amazing!

- This is the first time I did my haircut through a Female and the result was good.- She is calm, friendly and listens what is the customer need.- I hugely recommend this place for students.

Hi,Want to give 2 stars but giving an extra star as end result came out fine without any major accident but she was winging the whole process! I had to be super cautious the whole time because she seemed super confused. I got some highlights and haircut done. After the haircut, i found the hair cut to be uneven and she had to fix it. The dye came out okay but the whole process was super unhygienic!!! Her hair washing sink had fungi growth and 0 sanitization of items being used! She is a nice lady but if one is running a business; cleanliness matters and one has to ensure the customer feels confident. Just make sure, you know what style you are going in for and don't get influenced.
