The good thing is that you can find stuff that they are the only to have, like hemp protein powder and grilled" sesame seeds... or even different sorts of cake icing! Great place to go to. It's clean, they follow the covid rules.

Good selection of products in bulk including gluten free flours. Some products here that you can't find easily like Lyle's golden syrup.Generally friendly staff although the occasional rude kid.Great at keeping up with COVID measures. As of July 30, you can pick your own products again but you must wear mask and gloves and sanitize on entry.

It makes me wonder if chemical pesticides are applied to the products in the bins?I have tried emailing the company and they have still not gotten back to me?It makes me wonder if I should wash all of the products I get before I eat them?

Good place for bulk prices, no pestering for sanitizer, QR code ID etc.

During Covid 19 pandemic this store is over crowded with over 15 people waiting in line not following the 2 meters distancing. Only 2 staff seen in the store. They should have someone monitoring the front door with maximum # of clients inside.

With respect to Covid mandates, this store is all over the place and quite frankly not worth the risk. For starters, there is no such thing as social distancing and no one keeping track of the amount of people inside the store. As such, during peak times you can expect to wait in line, side-by-side with at least 10 other people since they insist on having only one register open. They also require the use of gloves but this doesn’t appear to be enforced on a consistent basis. I’ve seen folks serving themselves without gloves before but on one occasion, when a woman who entered the store ahead of me skipped the gloves, she was bombarded by a bunch of employees yelling in her face. On the bright side, I’ve never seen so many kids working at once. That said, it turns out the woman was anglophone and didn’t understand the French-only signage. After witnessing that unnecessarily rude and dramatic scene I didn’t even bother shopping. It should be said that while there is a pleasant cashier among them, customer service is of no interest to the kids that work here. I’ve been a patron at this location for a number of years, but to exhibit such behaviours at a time like this, when Canadians are trying to stay afloat and the retail sector is seeing new closures every day, I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

I had the most horrible service ever,The two girl were chatting all the time with a random guy, they were swearing and chatting about school and random stuff, it was impossible to ask questions or to have a minimun of service and the worst there was a lots of stuff on the floor and nobody clean it , they were just chatting and don't care st all about the customer. Seriously rudess service ever
