Edited from my original review.This has to be the best financial institution I have ever dealt with. I don't recall ever being able to deal with the branch manager directly, and as a result, having the best customer service ever. Jonela and her team are so kind, so helpful but most importantly, they treat their customers so well. Dealing directly with the manager when you want things done is fantastic, and Jonela is a prime example of great leadership. Thank you so very much for all that you do.
