Went through drivethrough and the guy taking the order sounded like he was in other conversations. Finally another guy came on and was nice. Didn't get any napkins, forks for the beans and rice, or any dipping sauce for the chicken strips. Even though they asked what kind we wanted. The food itself was awesome

At drive through waitng for food for 30 minutes !!! We counted the staff inside there were 10 that we could see. NO customers in line to order /pickup inside restaurant. Food was overpriced and not tasty. chicken did have a nice crunch though. What are all these staff doing??

I highly recommend Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Parksville. The service is amazing, Alyan was my server and was so courteous and helpful, he is a star employee along with the other employee's at Popeyes. I experienced nothing but smiles and great service. The food is amazing and delicious. If you have a craving for Louisiana styled chicken and all the fixings, this is the place for you. Way to go Popeyes, I am a very satisfied customer.
