Today was my Louie's 5th Birthday and we visited the store with Louie. We bought some toys and snacks. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Went in randonly on a sunday. Saw this adorable grey creature. Knowing already what it was and it being a life long dream... 3 hours later Pickles was mine. Loved the way the new manager makes the employees work with the animals in order to have the animals confortable around humans. Had no issues with my african grey. Not at the store or at home since 3 months now.Thanks again, would recommend.Update: been almost 6 month and this little angel is the best in the world.

The staff is great and seems very knowledgeable, they have a wide selection and variety of products from food to accessories.The animals seem very well taken care of and not afraid or overly skittish .We had a great experience, we learn alot as well about the animals we were interested in .

Very good environment for animals because the sound that all of the animals make make them think that they are in their habitat and they have alot of animals , they even have axolotl which a bought one , very helpful staff they even helped me to choose the convient food for my animals the price are fair but one time only a African Grey cost around 5000$

Terrible service went there to buy a hamster for my son walk straight out all they were doing was trying to get us to buy everything that the most expensive then they gossip about u in a corner like little school girls bc u call them out on it very disappointed
