Very bad follow up service, feel like I'm being ignored and insurance claim is taking way longer than considered reasonable.

I had to follow up several times to even get things moving with my claim. They passed me to an adjuster who didn't handle my type of vehicle, and its close to 3 months later and the shop that was going to do the repairs now says the vehicle has been written off and they were told not to order any parts. I can't get anyone to answer the phone to see what is going on even and the shop can't get a hold of them either to figure out where to bill them for the time.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Terrible service. Absolutely zero communication.

Poor service. They basically make excuses to deny all claims.

Absolutely ridiculous. My partner and I have been waiting for Crawford Insurance to get back to us in regards to our car. It's been sitting at a collision place for weeks waiting to be repaired and they are IGNORING us, as well are not getting back to collision place who has personally tried to reach out to them multiple times. This is just getting out of hand. We pay tons of money to these insurance companies and they do jack.

They took 7 weeks to respond & deny a claim with a 1 page letter full of inaccuracies. When I counter the inaccuracies with facts they do not respond/ignore my emails. 40 years in the business world dealing with Insurance companies and this is without question the worst I have ever dealt with. BTW, read the slogan on their website, lol.BEWARE, false advertising!!

Horrible communication and they forced me to pay the deductible for a not at fault accident which goes against my policy. I switched insurance companies after this experience.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WOULD SUGGEST ANYOTHER ALTERNATIVE BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ALL NEED RETRAINING OR FIRED.

My daughter ran in Walmart and hit the shelf my issue with this claim is hitting a shelf should not cause her to have nine stitches because her skin ripped open and when I asked the claims Rep that decline the claim because she was Running ok then what cut her like that then because hitting a shelf wouldn't cause that type of injury she told me she doesn't no she was not there. Totally disrespectful no compassion I'm disappointed in then and this system I was told was fair. There liable for what ever on the shelf sharp enough to cause her to have stitches. My 11 year old daughter is scared for life. Hamilton office and this happened at the Markam Walmart.
