I don't use the gym here, but when attending public events the place is always very clean and directions of where to go are generally clear.

Everything I want . All on one floor. Prices for all ages. Since I am in the 70+ range, the fees are unbelievably low ....in comparison.Lockers, towels, showers, private washroom available. Students at customer service counter are so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. There is walking path,available by stairs or elevator, on the second floor

Awesome facility, rude staff! Was asked to leave because I walked across the street and my indoor shoes were then classified as dirty. Immediately agreed to leave and began gathering my stuff to which the employee responded by continuing to harass me with why I was wrong and he was right. Walked out and was smugly watched and judged out the door. Thank you Perfectus Maximus, you made me feel so welcomed!

If I was able to give zero stars, I would. Very rude staff, I was there yesterday and the lady chased us out like 7 minutes before closing time. No customer service whatsoever, many times the gym doors will be locked 30minutes before closing. I wonder how a school so multicultural hires privileged spoilt brats. I’m currently trying to see if I can talk to the student union so they can advocate for us, we the students deserve better. It’s literally part of our fees. I wouldn’t want to be treated like trash and I don’t want others to be treated The same way too.

Beautiful place... only thing is climbing 2 flights of stairs is getting hard to do. Lol As an ex-BU student, I like to go and watch the volleyball tournaments.

Great gym overall, but I hate how the staff lie about open gyms. I swear this is the fifth time I’ve been told it’s closed but others guys went there for open gym

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about different membership options.Track area is clean, bright, spacious. There is also assault runner, treadmill, and rower available in track area.Although there are stairs to the track, an elevator is also available for people with varied mobility needs.
