The food is amazing for the price, no doubt. The only reason for 3 stars is the service. Placing order and getting it is super fast, love it. But, once the food has arrived, no one comes to check on you. We needed water and take out boxes, took me around 20mins to get hold of a server :/

Food and place was really great.They have two menu to pickup on. There is both vegetarian and non vegetarian food.Tried a lot of food.The atmospehere and inner design of the restaurant is really awesome.The servers were good and loved the service.

Nothing great about it..ordered maisor masala Dosa..was Crispy but potato filling was very blend without any spices..sambhar was served cold and coconut chutney was totally tasteless...they need to improve on quality of food not just ambience..

Papdi chaat was served in a bowl dipped with Dahi and chutney. It literally appeared like dal chawal.Paneer chilli didn't have a pinch of chilli(hotness) and was surprisingly SWEET.We left within minutes after the food was served.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is terrible. I almost couldn't tell this was a functioning restaurant upon walking in. The hostess seemed confused when we asked to see a menu before choosing to eat here and when she gave us a menu, she asked us to sit down at a table as if trying to get us to stay and eat. The menu was old and tattered and did not even have the name of the restaurant on the cover, it looks like they found old menus from another restaurant? I knew within seconds that this was not a place I'd eat. It felt dark and dingy. I think they should just do takeout because their customer service in house is just bad. Monsoon is a better choice if you want to eat Indian food in a nice environment

Amazing service and even better food. We really enjoyed everything. For being my first time trying indian cuisine, i really loved it. If you are looking for different flavors and amazing drinks, this is the right place! Totally worth it!.. Is absolutely exquisite!

I recently visited Royal Paan and tried their famous Mysore Masala Dosa and it was simply amazing! The dosa was crispy and the filling of spiced potatoes was delicious. The sambar and chutney served alongside added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting Royal Paan. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. A must-try for all dosa lovers!"

There is no consistency in the preparation of food.. some days its good and some days we dont even feel like going there anymore. They should learn how to make some dishes in an authentic way. We asked for tandoori chicken and the masala was not even cooked properly. We asked them whether they were able to do it well or cook for 5-10 minutes and they refused it and told us this is the best they can do. But on our first visit the tandoori we ordered was really good and that was the only time we got tandoori at its best there.Some people who works there are really good in their customer service. Appreciate it.

Well! Waited for 20minutes to get burnt naan bread!! Not even a single serving was good. It was so charred that I had to throw them off in the dust bin!!!! I’ve never threw food out this way but this was so bad that I had to.Not even going to bother to ask for a refund or a remake.Just plain disappointed..Disappointed.
