U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Had a reservation, got a call confirming my pick up time but when I got there the doors were locked, lights off and no one answered the phone. Ended up not even being able to pick up my rental at all because whoever works here doesn't feel like actually showing up for work. Waited and called all day and no one ever answered or called me back despite leaving messages.

Booked a 20ft truck two weeks ago. Get a call two days before moving stating they don’t have that truck available but have something small and changes the pick up time. We have a 3 bedroom large home and could not fit all that in a smaller truck and do it in 5 hours. No discount no help. Do not recommend.

When we arrived to pick up the truck the representative already had it started and warmed up (it was a really cold day). There was no paperwork to go over because it was all done online. The representative was very friendly and happy to answer all questions. They even had parking available for our car while we were away. The truck was quite clean (but was also quite new). Everything worked great in the truck and driving was a breeze. We returned the truck the next day and after a quick inspection were on our way. The representative even waived some additional mileage fees, which saved us about $50. It was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience for our first time using U-Haul.

Opted to do the Self-pickup" option that U-Haul offers so I could pick up at 7:30am on Saturday. Got a call Friday night saying that the worker at this establishment forgot to setup self pick up and was to lazy to do it before he went home (obviously worded nicer). I then showed up at 9:00am (the rescheduled time) and I had to wait outside for 15min in the -30°C (without windchill) for him to show up late.Also

They hand lots of clean new vehicles and I enjoyed the experience of using their service. The staff was just one guy when I was at this particular office. Got the car I asked for at a good rate and even returned it a little late but no issues. A really good experience I would recommend them especially for interstate movement of your belongings its cheap and hassle free.

Cal from this UHaul center showed exemplary customer service to me today. I would always 100% recommend service with him and you won't he disappointed.

Called to check on my reservation and was told they were busy and would call me back but never did. Ended up without a U Haul

Very friendly and went out of to help and make sure the truck was ready to go. Only thing I was unhappy about is the truck wasn't topped up for fuel. But the service was great and thorough.

I made a reservation days ago, a week and a half in advance. I get a call today saying that they're totally booked and have been for a while. WHY THEN did they make a reservation?! I made the reservation with plenty of time, but was never stopped when making it. Being told a few days in advance was incredibly stressful since Im moving and need a trailer. Not being upfront with customers is NOT COOL.

The man that assisted was awesome, he really put his effort into showing how helpful they were. I would like to send out a big thank you to the gentleman, from 3045 sask dr. For all the help he provided. Thank you sir!!!
