Amazing outdoors store. The service is always great and the products are good quality. I would suggest that any camper, backpacker, or outdoorsy person visit here.

The customer service was fantastic to me, when dealing with a problematic purchase made at another Atmosphere location in Metro Vancouver. The staff here immediately understood my situation, and quickly came up with reasonable solutions. Once I chose one, they proceeded to take care of it right away. Awesome job, staffers! The store itself has quite a bit of selection, especially of outdoor products, and the parking lot here is ample.

I always come to this location when shopping for sporting goods. I always have an extremely great experience. One time I even had an issue with something I ordered online and the store manager Trevor went above and beyond to help me, he is very friendly, kind and patient.*if I could give 6 stars I would just for Trevor's attitude he's just so friendly and overall just great to deal with.

First time going into Atmosphere and we we pleasently surprised with all that they carry. I was able to find my UV jacket and another light weight one that I really like, We had no clue that they carried Kayak's and all that other outdoor fun stuff. Hubby picked out his Kayak and I also picked out mine, we will be going back to purchase them next weekend.. what a fun store and we can't wait to go back :)

Wide range of outdoors clothing and gear: everything you'd need to go hiking or camping including tents, sleeping bags, hiking boots, and cooking gear. I was able to find what I needed without any difficulty. Staff were very approachable and customer focused; several casually offered to help with finding what I was looking for.Prices ranged from modest to premium; they also had a variety of clothes on discount racks at the back, although the discounted prices were still relatively high. They did have a surprisingly good offer for Triangle Rewards points, which I'd look out for next visit.
