One of the best kept secrets within walking distance of Burrard Station. Joe recently renovated the space but has been serving up coffee, breakfast & lunch fare in this location for years! Perfect for a working-day lunch, coffee break, study session or business meeting, with a selection of sandwiches, salads, soup, samosas, sodas, and sweets. There's no need to stand in a long line for a coffee at Parallel 49th with this spot & its personal friendly service right around the corner.

Food was alright, very pricey for a small portion and some of the items weren't available for purchase, even at 11am. The wraps tasted alright but were about the length of a hand for $8-11.The desserts looked good but were also expensive.

Top notch and friendly service! Placed an order for sandwiches, baked goods, and a fruit platter for a photoshoot and the owner went above and beyond. Helped carry the food to our car and included plates and utensils. The sandwiches were delicious! Everything was really good. Will definitely be back :)

The owner Joe was really friendly and their menu was well priced and very simple. Very welcoming place with excellent cappucino!

Decent coffee shop. The coffee is good, possibly too bitter for my taste. I was drinking American black. I ate The Bobbi, which was like a scrambled egg breakfast wrapped in a spinach tortilla.It was good. Unfortunately I was expecting some sort of fried breakfast on top of a tortilla. But it still tasted nice. The service was great.

My go to place in 2023! If you’re in downtown and want to have an absolutely amazing cafe experience and a great time- this is where you need to be. It’s not always about great food it is also about that exceptional service that makes your day. Thank you for everything you do to provide a wonderful time.

Relaxing atmosphere, food was great and the service was fast and efficient. Outside tables available, however I didn't see any wheelchair friendly setting. Very reasonable prices and I thought the coffee was good.

One of the few places around with a barista making fresh coffee. Friendly barista and arty atmosphere. Highly recommend for European and Australian tourists
