Overall, I had a very good experience dealing with this company for windshield replacement. The customer service representatives were pleasant and did a great job of keeping me informed and up to speed on the developments of windshield arrival and installation date. They did a great job with my car.

I used Dundas Valley Collision to repair damage to my car. The 2 Ladies in front desk were very courteous and informative. Car was returned in good shape and clean and fresh.

Other than my car dealer I've been dealing with for nearly 50 years, I don't think I've received as much attention receiving the assignment, issuing a quote, assisting with the Insurance Company to expedite the approval, to the numerous emails and calls. Rosemary was spectacular and my wife actually asked who she was. Luke was great during the drop off and provided a prompt estimate on another issue.When I was provided 8 repair shops near by, I googled them all and selected CSN because they received the highest reviews. In this case the numbers and comments didn't lie. Hopefully I won't need them again, but in the case of another hit and run, I'll be running there.

The estimator was great to go through all the details. When I went to drop off my vehicle, the greetings by the pleasant staff member were great. Right away they informed me when my vehicle will be ready. Throughout the repairs they were in contact with me. The person who drove me back and fourth was very friendly. Over all they were neat and very well organized. I am quite happy with the repairs that they have done. I tried but couldn't find any improvements to suggest, they were IMPROVED.

Super friendly and professional staff. Since some parts of our vehicle arrived late, they contact us every day to tell the process of car reparation. Very responsible! They also treat our puppy very kind while we took our puppy into the store. Many thanks.

Five stars, top to bottom. Rose was in charge of my file and she was amazing. Janet and Rosemary were also a huge help. Ryan was extremely professional and took the time to carefully explain all the details. Our car came out looking as if it had never been damaged at all. I cannot recommend these folks more highly. You won't find a nicer staff anywhere.

These guys did an amazing job with my car. Gave me a great quote and they also pre booked my rental car with enterprise. They are stuck by the estimated finish day. I hope damage my car again but if I do these guys are my 1st call.
