I loved the service here... Very friendly and personable. My 3 star review is based on the results of having zippers replaced on my winter boots.The left boot zipper was sewn in unevenly and leaves a 1/4inch above the zipper. Also, there was a protective 'flap' behind the zipper which had been cut out and now when wearing nylons or tights they get pulled and sometimes ripped.

This guy did an amazing job on all my boots. He saved about $500-$600 worth of boots for me, which also saved me from having to buy new boots and it saves the environment at the same time! He was super nice and professional, and he was also very honest about what it would cost, which boots he could save, and which he couldn't. The cost was so reasonable I actually think he's not charging what he's worth, because he did such a great job!
