They told me that i couldn't change my GVW rating for Service Truck. She told me to drive my uninsured Pick up and go get receipt from scales as proof for Gross weight lol.Operated and owned Trucks for 12 years class 1 driver, first time i heard you couldn't change GVW rating ( I know you cant change your NET weight )At the end Kristan got frustrated and made a racist remark to me about how long i resided in BC when conversation wasn't touching that subject.Gross incompetence Insurance Broker not knowing a difference between NET weight and Gross WeightDefinitely wouldn't do insurance in that location due to incompetence of that employee.Will be making a complaint to Fairness commissioner about a racist remark and incompetence of that employee.

A big Thank You to the nice lady who brightened our day and got our insurance issues sorted out . We are from out of town and she helped us with our insurance needs so we could get on with our travels.

You ladies need to make the young staff more comfortable. Since we're all being so nice to eachother in person. Maybe we can keep the gossip to when I'm out of the office or ear shot. Double standard’s come in with a few tattoo’s and I’m required to have vehicle present, understandable issue is the customer right before was not required nor not asked of him,but when I rolled up different story, disappointing experience

I go here very often for insurance. They even recommend you to private insurers if you are not completely satisfied with their coverage. Fast service, friendly staff and a nice new renovated building at a new location.
