Wanted to charge me 35$ for a 25 KG bag of screening which is about 3$ anywhere else. I understand that your a bulk supplier but you dont have to be greedy with a 1200% mark up.

I don't understand that how could you guys miscalculation for 500CAD?? It’s ridiculous!!! I call in the noon for 4 cubic contre for our clients’ project. The one who pick up the phone said 450+tax with everything included. I confirmed the price for 4 times!!! However, after we finished using it, the driver ask for 905 CAD??? I call back for the price, the people told me that they might miscalculation the price in the noon??? It’s so ridiculous that as a company you guys miscalculation the price for almost 500CAD? And not talking responsibility but let the client pay for your miscalculation??? It’s so ridiculous!!! I’ll say that you didn’t take the client order seriously? How could I got a wrong price as I confirmed for 4 times for everything. Such a shame for your business!!!
