Rudest service I ever received. Apparently I took too long to work the enter machine. Condescending, insulting remarks from the attendant. Rating of minus 5 if possible. Will never go there again.

We’ve been using Mr Wash in North Van for years because their machine cleans really thoroughly and their prices are more than fair. But the thing that truly sets this business apart is their customer service. The attendants will always greet you with a smile while hand-spraying your wheels etc. If you’re really lucky, you might get to see Josh who is one of the most positive, friendly people you’ll encounter. He is a great ambassador for this business!

The RUDEST guy, condescending, and acted like we were idiots. We were there at 2pm not sure if the guy was the manager or not but I don’t suggest going to him. Didn’t even clean our car lol

The attendant, who was working at 2 PM. on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023 is rude, and extremely verbally abusive. Instead of acting like a child and losing your temper because I didn't put my car in neutral, you could have simply tapped on my window and explained this to me like an adult. On top of that, the wash did a terrible job.

This used to be well run but sadly is no longer worth the money. I bought a $19 wash (May 21, 2022). In the past, someone checks and shammies the rear mirrors upon exiting. This time, no one was there, and I had to get out to manually wipe off excess soap. When I got home, I realized that the back of the car was still dirty, especially the back window. Never again.

Came in this morning for a quick wash and I have to say I am super satisfied with the way my car came out. The best part is they'll always pre-soak your car with a soapy pressure washer. I gotta bring up the manager Josh too who was ever so kind and treats everybody with the utmost respect. I will definitely be coming back when I need another wash. Thank you.

Be sure to check your vehicle for cleanliness after your wash. If you need another run through, just let them know. The service is really great and the wash is good. I wish it wasn't so fast. You pay $30 for a wash and you're in and and out in no time at all. It would be nice if it was a bit more time so we wouldn't need another run through.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:There is no notification or any information about the minimum car heigh and the car wash staff don't care about the height of your car. So, be aware about it.

Worst place to go for wash, Manager will be very nice until there is no damage in your car. But if they got any damage. They will be very rude and keep putting you from one person to other. Also claim they are not accountable for any damage in your car. Everyone be careful in there.
