I had them come and install vinyl plank flooring and carpet just under 2 years ago. A small issue with the carpet was rectified immediately, and I was very happy. However, about 1 year in, I started to have planks crack and break. I called the company, and clearly the receptionist was completely inept, and said they would call back, but didn't even take my number. I called back a few times and eventually she called back saying that there was nothing they could do. I now have several cracked planks, finish peeling off others, and no solutions. The price was great, but not for a floor that lasted a year.

They did a terrible job installing my flooring and did not stand behind there work I had to have another company finish the job and try and fix there mistakes

One of the best flooring buying experiences I’ve had, which is not common within the lower mainland area. We had to re do our basement flooring to laminate from carpet. We were hesitant at first as we’ve had bad experiences in the past, but due to Diamond Carpet’s quick and professional service, they were able to complete our project on time and within our budget.

They installed my carpet 3 years ago and it keeps lifting. They tie up my whole day saying they will come to fix it but nobody does
