Staff did not know what they were talking about we wanted toys with the happy meals the said they had them twice then they said they only had a one ball then 2 toys come to the table and my cup had a hole

I ordered breakfast bagel bLT with egg and I payed 9. 35 and I got a egg on a muffin. The time before that I ordered the chicken Big Mac and I got a chicken burger. The last couple of months have been terrible, so slow and don’t even get the orders right. Shame

We unfortunately go here often because we have kids. If you want your order to be incorrect 98% of the time and/or be shorted on your meal, then this is the place for you! Even if you hold up the drive through line to see if they actually gave you the right amount of burgers and fries (extremely rare), they short you on the size of fries or burger toppings or just amount of patties on your burger. Everyone I know has the exact same opion - I have never seen so many angry customers so consistently. I know a scam when I see one, and someone is scamming by shorting people - many times every day.Oh, and it seems their Frappuccino machine works for about a week and a half out of the year, every year.Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place

Not a bad place at all, fairly clean and super polite staff! Best part about this specific McD's is the drive through!! Fastest I've ever seen!! Hands down recommended drive through wise! Keep it up guys!!

Probably the worst possible experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. Messed up on every item on my order and tried to say I was wrong and refused to correct their mistake until I talked to the manager. I don't understand how you can forget to put the second patty on every double cheeseburger when it states on every burger that its a double on the customization paper. This place desperately needs better cooking staff and proper management. Brutal experience, do not recommend eating here.

Twice now, ive been asked to pull over, wait for my order, which doesn’t come, i have to go in and get it. Then why even attempt the drivethru. If food cannot be ready like their reputation is, then hire more staff. While waiting for order, my milkshakes turned to water, even then had to go in and get my order. Not going there until these owners sell! Avoid at all costs. If other place are more money, its worth it for good service and correct orders.

Disappointing is an understatement. Been there multiple times to try to get ice coffee and every time it’s practically milk with ice. Slow service and wrong orders. I keep trying but I’m just let down by the quality. It’s fast food and my expectations are not that high but it seems like they can’t meet the lowest expectations recently.Edit April 12th: Honestly if I could give this location 0 stars I would.. service has gone in the gutter. Ask for items that they have on the app menu and on their drive thru menu and they say it’s not there or no longer an option. Ask for coffee and it’s a different price every time. Food is cold or not the correct order. Honestly not even worth going to anymore.

Honestly, this place is going down hill. Drive thur waits are 15 minutes for a coffee. They ask you to pull around and wait for simple orders. Last time I was asked to pull around while they made a mocha. Seems a little silly, things are forgotten. Just a big disappointment.

I have been coming to this location for some time. Service is good, the staff are amazing. Always ready with a smile.Food is consistent with what we have grown to expect.I want to add that the drive through attendants are especially thoughtful and friendly. Kuchit, Keirnanjeet, and especially Sukh whom I connected with immediately. Its always nice to be remembered when I get my morning coffee. Thank you.

I’ve had some bad service experiences in my days of ordering at drive thrus. But to say that the service at this location is awful is an understatement. In the last three times I’ve visited this location, they have not got my order correct once. And they seem to have a hard time fixing it. I’d hate to be the person that checks their order at the window and holds up the line. But a person almost has to because the order is guaranteed to be wrong. It is truly disappointing to see. Also disappointing to see that if you fill out their complaint form they still don’t acknowledge it.
