Baber Design + Build

I had a bad experience working with Baber as an EMPLOYEE and would like to relay my experiences as it turned into a major inconvienece for my work placement in school.Nick lacked in understanding and effective communication to me, a horticulture student with no previous experience in landscape construction. Rather than receiving a mentor i was ridiculed because of my lack of experience. I took the position seriously, but was not taken seriously in return. I left after 3 days of work because of the negative atmosphere.

We couldn’t be happier that we went with Baber Design + Build for the complete reno of our backyard. They did an amazing job- we love our new backyard oasis! Very high quality work, great ideas, and completed the project very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I would whole-heartedly recommend Baber Design + Build for your outdoor landscape project. Nick listened carefully to our vision and came back with some creative and beautiful ideas. Our front yard was absolutely transformed, and this summer (about 1 year after the project was completed), we have been enjoying it immensely (garden boxes for veggies, sitting space for relaxing in the morning sun and gorgeous perennial shrubs, grasses and flowers). We've had so many compliments from friends, neighbours and strangers! Not only were we happy with the finished product, but we have also been impressed with the continued communication with Nick throughout the process and even still now, a year later. He has been fantastic at getting back to me quickly to answer questions and address any issues I've had, as well as visited the house many times this season to check on the growth of the plants and the functioning of our new sprinkler system. Couldn't be happier!
