THE FALLS INN & SPA - Walters Falls

We came here for a mother's day brunch and all of the food was absolutely unreal. Incredibly kind staff, delicious food, wonderful location with a fantastic view. I would definitely come back here to eat again.

I did not stay there for a night. However my family had a great brunch there. food and service were excellent. No complaints, will come again.However, the lobby bathroom needs some maintenance. The change table buckle is broken and could not be used while changing my child . The room is also dimly lit from only one light bulb working in the light fixture. The sink is also in disrepair and corroded.

Absolutely best accomodation and dining experience in Grey county.Gorgeous setting historical gem village and natural features.Amazing attention to details for our stay, and prideful friendly service by all the staff and owners.Wonderful in all seasons.Will be back again and again!

I went for brunch. The staff is very friendly. The food was great. The falls are fun to watch and there's a trail to walk. Pretty cool spot.

Really nice place hidden in the woods. Great food and an a nice place to relax and enjoy yourself. The kitchen is outstanding and the service is great. Rooms are nice, not junky. Balcony is worn from the weather and could use a refresher. Didn’t use the spa or the hot tub as the temps were cooking

BEWARE: I speculate that most of the reviews on here are fake because we had a horrific experience here... the hotel is run-down and the place is like a ghost town. Interacting with the inn-keeper/owner made me feel deeply uncomfortable especially as a woman as he seemed to have an anger issue...we cancelled our reservation immediately because there are other excellent options close by.

We had our wedding at The Falls Inn and Spa this passed May 2023:Venue hunting was stressful and challenging, but when we got to the Falls Inn and Spa and met with Meg, we knew immediately we wanted to have our wedding here. Meg was the first venue host who actually made us feel like The Falls Inn and Spa truly wanted to help us celebrate our day and help us make the process and the day as fun and seamless as possible, while also making it unique to us. Because of this, paired with the beauty of the venue, we went with the Falls Inn and Spa and are soooo happy we did!Throughout the entire planning process, Meg and her team were there for us with a smile to answer any question we had, and went above and beyond to accommodate some specific, unique requirements of ours and our guests'.During the entire weekend, Meg and the team were outstanding, professional, fun, understanding, accommodating, quick on their feet, and all around amazing to work with. We felt so comfortable and they put in the hard work the entire weekend (and leading up to) so we could truly relax, enjoy, and celebrate our special day. We cannot thank Meg and the team at Walter's Falls Inn and Spa enough!!! We can't wait to come back and visit!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

Only giving it a low rating because we drove all the way there to find this sign saying we couldn't visit due to COVID-19. Although I understand the reason for this, it would have been nice to see it online before we wasted our time. So I can not comment on the falls themselves as we didn't see them.

Unfortunately, my experience with the falls in did not meet my expectations nor did it meet basic customer service. The service I received lacked the professionalism, education and UI/CI I anticipated, and there were multiple areas where improvement is needed. The lady on the phone was ignorant at best and the online system allowed double table booking, which after booking ~ WITHOUT EVEN CALLING or contacting ME, just cancelled the reservation hours after it was made, confirmed and sent to the guests involved. It's disheartening because I had heard good things about this company and was looking forward to my fathers day experience. I hope they takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary changes to the website, customer journey and experience for ANY AND ALL future customers. If this is my experience online i can only imagine how bad it is in person!!!

The Falls Inn and Spa is an amazing place located in a pristine area of Ontario. The surrounding nature makes your stay very enjoyable while the staff will go to nearly any length to make sure you are comfortable and content while you are visiting. I have never met a more courteous and inviting staff. They made me and my group feel extremely welcome while we tromped in full of mud and all wet from our hike. Even though we were only visiting to have a quick meal, they provided us with a large area to store our gear and allowed us to hang our wet apparel to dry off. Far more than I would have ever expected. Thank you to the amazing owners and staff of the Inn for all that you do. I will definitely visit again!
