Our family physician referred my daughter to this clinic. We weren't contacted whatsover, however their office had sent him a letter in which claimed they'd tried contacting her with no evidence on our end of such. I went to the office in person to have her placed on a cancel list. At one point, the unfriendly younger receptionist claimed she'd called both daughter and I last week". I pointed out there was nothing on our missed calls or any other cell record but she ignored my comment. Day of appt with Dr. Motyka
