I went to get an Oil change from here for the first time. The man who was helping us was extremely nice and helpful. The oil change was done effectively and well, and for a good price. Would recommend again.

I received automotive service from Orange Auto Services Inc, and I would like to share my experience with you.First and foremost, my experience with this workshop was extremely unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I felt that I was overcharged for the services provided. Although I had previously agreed with the technician to use genuine parts, I did not receive written confirmation of this prior to the repair process. When I requested purchase invoices to verify the use of genuine parts, the workshop evaded providing them to me. This lack of transparency further diminished my trust in the quality of their service.Furthermore, after the initial repair, I encountered new issues with my car. Strange noises and other problems emerged shortly after the repair was completed. This indicates a lack of efficiency on the part of the workshop in accurately diagnosing and effectively resolving the issues.I would like to add that the customer service I received was also unsatisfactory. The technicians showed little interest in addressing my inquiries and complaints. Additionally, I faced difficulties in communicating with them overall.In summary, my experience with Orange Auto Services Inc was highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend them at all. There was a lack of transparency, unprofessionalism in their work and service, and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I would advise seeking another automotive workshop with a good reputation and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

This shop is completely done after my last review, now after 8 months they replied back to my review and asking me for a invoice number .Its a must avoid shop there are many shops nearby better you guys choose any other thanks.

They guy charge me 100 dollars for inspection. Nothing working only inspection. Once you go there they try to make more money. they not focus on customer satisfaction. Service horrible and price too expensive, make the work too complicated to take more money, the way he talked very rude.Really worth place will never go again.

What a great mechanic shop! It's hard to finda good mechanic that doesn't takeadvantage of people. However, Mohamed and his crew not only know what they are doing but are extremely talented. They did what needed to be done to get my car fixed .

I am so happy I came across this auto repair shop! I desperately needed a safety done and they graciously squeezed me in without an appointment on a Saturday. When the mechanic first came out and told me repairs need to be done in order to pass the inspection my heart sank. He took me out back and explained to me exactly was the issues were with car and all my options. He managed to resolve everything at a very reasonable price. I was so thankful I had to hug him. I will never go to any other auto service again.

Wonderful experience. Amazing service. You can rest at ease when you take your car in for servicing and trust the workmanship and quality of service. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Honest mechanic with a great work ethic.
