My wife and I visited on April 1st 2023 to have our ink/roll finger prints done for a police certificate of character. The girl who was working that morning was absolutely amazing. She had the patience of a saint. She communicated very well all the instructions on how to take our prints and was extremely polite and understanding as it took us a while to get it right. She is definitely an excellent employee and we both left in a very good mood thanks to her.

Employees at this location are extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They manage the line-up expertly, ensuring that customers do not spend long hours in line. I use the location for printing services, and package drop offs and they are always very efficient and so pleasant to interact with.

Very bad service. Not at all good for international shipment. I shipped my parcel to India and it should be delivered till December 29'2022 And till now it's been a month it is not delivered yet. They don't guide while filling up the form that what to mention or what not to. Even never answer calls. Everytime I called them, it was just forwarded. And they never call back . Do not use this service at all. Especially for international shipment.

I have prepaid Amazon items to be returned.. the owner of the store charges for the free ups bags as showing in the picture ..When I ask the lady over there .. I informed her that shoud be free .. she informed me that this is the owner policyThey are collecting money .. without any rightAll other stores give the plastic bag for free , even purulator

Exceptional customer service !! I went with my mom to do fingerprints, she is a senior and she was struggling ... they were really patient with her and they did their best to help her ... I really recommend this location!
