I called up Arman to provide me the quotation for the basement kitchen renovation and also pick his mind for the washroom renovations. He has provided me his frank opinion and some noce suggestions. He didn't pushed me to do the project but he advised me to think over the options. I called him couple of time after he has provided the quote to clear up some doubts i have. Bathroom was completely re-done from the studs and hallway carpet was removed and replaced with high quality vinyl plank. SP Custom homes saved my Reno as I was running out of time. They quoted the renovation and came in on time and on budget. Their communication, as you will read from the other reviews, was their shining point. They will always respond to you in a timely manner and will work with you on every little detail. Absolutely amazing experience. They finished my legal basement unit fromscratch within 2.5 months. Mr Arman knows his job really well and it showed when he dealt with building codes.
