Jungle Jewel Exotics
My first time buying dart frogs, and they made the process so easy. Once my vivarium was set up, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted to order, and they were able to ship overnight within the week to get my frogs, isopods, and culturing materials to me safely. Customer service through e-mail felt one-on-one, and they even sent me pictures of their available frogs from the species I was looking for, to show me exactly what I would be getting. Will shop here again.

I purchased 3 little froglets and a few different plants from JJE and I could not be more pleased!! The frogs are in great health and settled in very well, the plant clippings were large and very healthy! I had my order delivered to Edmonton by Dawn and Lucas, everything arrived perfect. I could not recommend them more for live animals and live plants, Dawn and Lucas are such nice people and they always have a wonderful selection of products and live stock!

Jungle Jewel Exotics is very knowledgeable about dart frogs as well as vivariums. I purchased a couple bromeliads and both are in amazing shape. Will definitely continue to purchase all my vivarium supplies from them.

I have been a customer of Jungle Jewel for a couple of years now I have bought lots of baby frogs and Supplies such as Vitamins, plants and leaves. I have found them to be amazing in communication and service. Both Dawn and Lucas are great with guidance. Fantastic frogs, baby frogs and supplies online and in person. Highly recommended.

Had an order arrive very quickly from Jungle Jewel Exotics. My fruit fly cultures crashed over Christmas and there is no body I could find in Winnipeg that had any. Jungle Jewel sent me new fruit flies in only two days. They had great customer service checking to make sure I was available to receive a live package when it arrives. I would definitely recommend this store and will shop here again.

Very great service. I contacted Jungle Jewel Exotics and received a response within minuets, they arranged pick-up for only three hours later. Very accommodating, great prices, very friendly and knowledgeable. As they could tell I was setting up a new terrarium took the time to inquire what critter I was getting so offer advice. I will be back!
