I phoned the store to see if you had a product and your salesperson (Justin) was serving a customer and he would call me back shortly. He phoned back within 5 minutes and took the time to go over to where your smoke alarms were and gave me model numbers on what stock they had. One fit the bill for what I wanted, so I went right up to the store.It was a pleasure get such great service. So many store just don't care about CUSTOMER SERVICE these day. This is probably the best customer service I have it from my online order. I ordered 40 bags of white rocks which was on sale and on second day I got call and provided me best solution that will help me for pick up. Store manager name “Nitin” is really humble and not just call to address problem with it and personally advice solution how should I manager for pick and provide all information that can help me as customer. My experience is 20 on 10 and truly recommend this store.

Finally a business that understands service! Just was in there with my buddy who’s on crutches. The shorter older gentleman with glasses was incredible. Great customer service skills. Ran to grab the door for my crippled buddy. Very knowledgeable aswell. Give this man a raise! I will be back for things I know I could get elsewhere, even if cheaper just because I was treated properly. Imagine that!

Store front could be deceiving but has lots of lumber and warehouse space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Products are good quality.

This Rona store is beating all other hardware store because of there great customer service. Nithin is always so welcoming and customer focus. He knows how to get things done without wasting customers time.I love this store.

I’ve never in my life had such good customer care at this place.. looking for some bbq seasoning only they had and since the system said there were 12 they were determined to find it for me. They did and I’m very happy about it. Thanks to Gosia, Dennis and Nathan! Cheers

Great place for your everyday needs. Sammie and the two gentlemen whose names I didn't note down helped me with exactly what I needed, placed it in the car securely with the red flag as there was an overhang. I have been to this store before and the experience has always been very good and would come here any day.
