Nice building and all but all the staff here parks on residential streets even though they have their own parking inside the property. Very annoying for all residents around the area.

Good development! Views of the port and harbor from the 4th floor are stunning! Some of the companies (tenants) are still moving in or finishing inside of their office, so still some industrial dust here and there. But it looks like it is almost done. Some empty offices as well. Location is ok, with lots of dining options around and walking distance to several bus routes. Some outside street parking is available as well.
