Sales experience was not pleasant.Salesperson has no idea how to base price off of sq. Footage and estimated a ridiculous dollar amount for size of job. After negotiating price, it did come down due to a corporate contact involvement. Salesperson was unprofessional and unfriendly for the remainder of the paperwork . Due to this experience I may be contacting a competitor to price match and hopefully receive better professional service .

I have recently inquired about some new flooring from carpet guys and I happen to speak to a Lynnsie Robinson and because of her politeness and patience with me I will be coming to you guys here in a month or so to get new carpeting throughout my house along with carpeting for my mothers house as well.
