Nana Massage

So unkind and rude. Ignorence massage theraphist. Wingky?? This woman so rude and rushing me. Even when I get massage she went wash room spent time 10minuite. And back pushing me out for next customer. I want to shower but she didn’t provide gown. Just gave me one tower and she want me to move to shower room without gown. So I gave up shower. Put my cloth up with oil on my body. What a terrible experience. Worst experience.

I booked for one hour, after 30 minutes she said I can’t continue I’m tired?! The room temperature was cold. Uncomfortable feeling, small room.First and last visit. I’m 100% sure it’s one of the worst place to have a nice relaxing massage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Found the ad for Nana Massage on Kijiji and messaged them to see if they took direct billing for my insurance company and they did. I booked a massage the same day for noon.The location is easy to find and there is ample parking in the lot. I walked in and filled out my insurance claim form and Katie proceeded with the massage.Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! The pressure was deep and it released so much tension along with the back walking and stretching she did.Will definitely be back!

I echo others on here. It was early morning. I had a headache so decided to walk in as I was in the neighborhood. I asked for an hour, and Katy offered only 45 minutes. Her massage and general attitude was terrible. I mentioned my headache, however, she spent a total of five minutes on my head and neck, which is why I went there in the first place. First and last visit. Zero value.

Katie is AWESOME. This was not the impression I had of her at the beginning of the massage. She was having a bad day as most humans do, and I was insensitive to that as most humans can be. I was reluctant to start the session and felt like walking out and leaving a scathing review, but for some reason I stayed and that was the best decision I made that day. 1 hour breezed by so fast, I didn't want to leave. She did an amazing job and apologized for her approach at the beginning which I understand now. Her hands are amazing and the back walk was the icing in the cake for me. She found and released tension spots that I didn't even know I had. Definitely will go again.

Had a woman named sasa or sasha not sure. She delivered a amazing massage and the price was very good for 90 minutes. Full back walk and deep tissue. Highly reccomend the establishment. Gave a generous tip for her back walking skills. Check it out.

Terrible customer service. Was sooo rude. Never ever again here. I left before having a massage. They don't even smile. Can't even tell me the services they offer. Booked 90 min. She said she offer only 75min. I Tipp 50$ usually. They lost a vip customer. I would of come 3 times a week.
