Liken Woodworks

We have had the Provençal dining set in our home for a few months now and grow more in love with it everyday. We were excited to be able to customize the table size to our own specifications and the finish and quality of the work exceeded our expectations.

The quality of the furniture is perfect, the details in the hardware and wood, including the colours and stains, are so unique and compliment any decor. We have a coffee table, 4 stools and a desk from Liken. I absolutely love the craftsmanship and they are among my fave furniture pieces. Beautiful work and detail. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, as we have always had issues with the lights pre-installed on the desk. One of them now currently doesn't work at all, despite multiple bulb changes. Which leads me to think it's something to do with the wiring. When I contacted asking for help with this I was informed of the service fee for them to come out and take a look. I just expected more support. These beautiful pieces cost a pretty penny, and I would have thought a craftsman would stand behind their work. I have no idea how to fix wiring myself. I understand the concept of paying for time of course, but if it's something inherently within the build, I expect not to have to pay for someone to inspect their work.

Our family has 2 timeless pieces of furniture from Liken. We absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship Melissa and Simon provide. Living small I am very particular with what we have in our space. Both the armoire and a custom deep drawer bench, bring us great functionality with style. I would not hesitate to add more of their furniture to our collection in the future. We ordered a chateau trestle table and bench through Liken and had a fantastic experience through the whole process. A premium product from a family business with a eye on quality, sustainability and customer service.Their showroom doubles as their family home and immediately gives a genuine sense of how a new table could be at the Center of your home. Professional, warm and efficienct - a truly different experience from going to a mall. Melissa was also prompt and excellent in replying to all of my queries by email. When I asked if it would be ready for us to host Christmas dinner I suspect they even rushed the order for us.We opted to pick up our table and were treated to help loading it, custom cut foam for the truck to ensure it was protected and a bottle of touch up stain in a nail polish bottle.The table itself is excellently made, sturdy, durable and the new Center of our family home. I couldn’t be more happy with the product or experience.

Our first experience with LIKEN was so good, we are coming back for more! We purchased a beautiful dining table, chairs, a bench and end tables from LIKEN in 2019 and we are so happy with all of the pieces still. The furniture is very well built, functional, with an amazing attention to detail, the stain/finish is superb and it all looks amazing; we can not wait to add some more to our home. Communication has always been excellent, payment went smoothly and delivery was a breeze (even down some tricky stairs).
