If I could put 0 stars I would! I get a call from this store after trying to call them 3-4 times and each time I cannot hear anyone on the other line. They call my number back and pretty much state that my calling was harassing and that all they could hear were kids yelling in the background! Why were you calling 3-4 times? Is that what the girl who called from this store said. My response to this was how rude you could have asked if we could hear you at all? She wouldn’t even let me talk and kept on yapping without hearing my concern with the way she was talking. Also spoke with her manager which was as rude and incompetent as her. My business is going to the Oakville oak park location who are super friendly and patient when I had called. Explained the whole process in detail and we’re very accommodating. I would suggest staying away from the Milton location!

Knowledge staff, excellent costumer service.I went to buy bleach and a toner, I wasn’t sure which product are right for me and so the staff approached me and offer advice and product recommendations. I spent a good amount of time talking with them and they made sure I understand the products and how to use them.

While looking around I heard that one of the staff was being very friendly while she was interacting with another customer, so when I went to check out I was expecting the same friendly service but when I said hello and she didn't say a single word except for telling me the total.

I am so disappointed with the service we received today in Sally’s on Main Street. I had went there with a group of friends to buy my friend haircolour and was greeted by a hostile lady with clownish red curly hair, she immediately said that the three of us were not allowed in the store and can only help one of us. I understand that she’s taking precautions but she was so rude and not apologetic at all for the inconvenience. She rudely asked, “are you actually going to buy something” and talked to us super condescendingly. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and did not deserve this rude behaviour. I visited Sally Beauty, Milton, On, looking for hair products suitable for my hair type 3: I visited the store twice; each time returning products that were just not right for my hair! Yes, in each case Sally Beauty accepted my returns and recommend new products! Finally, I told myself, I would make a last effort and once again walked into Sally Beauty with returns! I met Tajnae & Shiromie, two employee who should be commended for excellent customer service! Long story short... The line “AS I AM Long & Luxe Pomegranate & Passion Fruit” was recommended; I simply love this line (shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum, growash). Sally Beauty please keep this line stocked; because of its popularity, you are often out of stock! I had to order the “As I Am Long & Luxe Pomegranate & Passion Fruit GroYogurt Leave In Conditioner” on line, because you were out of stock! Thank you Tainan & Shiromie for your excellent customer service!

Good variety. Although I was with my friend and just cuz we are teenager a staff took more than 16 to 20 rounds to just check up on us. She looked at us in such furious and suspicious way like we took something because we are teenager. It was really uncomfortable and judgemental of her as we knew her purpose.

I wanted to dye my hair for the first time and Taj was extremely helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable not only within what products would work best with my hair texture, but also with the colour theory and colour retention. She was also extremely kind and encouraging throughout my entire conversation with her. I was able to take my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with minimal damage. I’m so pleased with Taj’s excellent service :-)

This is my favourite Sally Beauty location. ALL the ladies here are so nice and helpful, and very welcoming. I have been coming here for years and have never had an issue. I like to dye my hair different colours and I always get great advice and recommendations here for what products to use and what to do.
