Don and his crew are really great to work with. They were efficient and my car is running better after an oil change and tune up! We brought the car in for new tires in the fall and the Fountain Tire promotions were fantastic. Great prices and great service!

Showed up just before 8 am, was ask if I needed help from a tire tech from the back shop. I told him what I needed and he said we will get right on it. I walked back outside and tire was off!! Great work.The managers walked in greeted me and wrote up work order and voila! Great service and friendly staff! Makes a difference. Awsome job!

Called three times looking for a tire. The first two calls, was hung up on immediately before I could even say anything. On the third call they answered, asked me to hold, then didn't answer me in the 20 minutes I waited before I gave up to check other places.

Customer experience on the phone needs improvement. they seem rude while inquiring about getting service work done. The repairs were completed properly without any additional complications. The call back service for when the job is completed is non existent. You are asked to provide your telephone number For contacting you but nobody calls when the job is complete. I Walked around the city for 4 hours only to figure out when stopping in to inquire of my vehicle status was done I was then told yes it is done

I have my rims for 4 yrs no scratch no curbrash no damage took it there yesterday for tire swap and finding out today when i'm going to install it and it got damage. I call the shop and I told the guy that my rims got damage and he ask me what do you wanna do??". Very poor customer service..."
