Poor customer service. If there was supposed to be a warranty on the windows they won't uphold them. I have Window that broke under a year on the frame. John himself hung up on me when he aggressively attempted to blamed us for it breaking. Do NOT trust a company that will not hold up their end of the bargain. Trust the cost was NOT a bargain.Sad.

Premier Windows and Doors has completed 2 projects for us thus far and we will continue to work with them on future projects! Karen and John are always quick to respond to messages or to come out for quoting. Joe and Terry installed our new commercial windows and doors and we were blown away both times with the results. We just had 7 windows replaced in our home last week and couldn’t be happier with the service and install! Was told windows would take approximately 8 weeks to come in once ordered and they took 9! Premier windows was here the following week and completed the job in a timely manner! Would Absolutely hire them again in the future.
