Seemed to be a pretty big Reno going on for a while. Stopped in for the first time since it reopened. Not a big change from what I saw. Oh except for the milk"shake I ordered. First time I've ever had a milkshake made with ICE and NO milk!!!! Strike one!!There is more chocolate taste in a 1/4 of an M&M than there was in that shake. Strike two!!!!And if I wanted a tasteless drink made with ice that was just a tiny bit thicker than water

No customers when we arrived, we were told our burgers would be 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, stiil waiting and the order was wrong. Uncle burgers are supposed to have bacon and cheese and neither were on our burgers. NOT impressed

We ordered two meals at the drive thru. It took 14 minutes and we were the only ones in the drive thru. The onion rings were over cooked and were a pile of onions with crumbs/coating in the bottom of the bag. I double checked to make sure we got all the food we ordered but forgot to check the sauces. No sauces for our chicken fingers. The employee stood there waiting for our order for 14 minutes and could not pack our bag with our complete meal. Used to be our regular stop, but we will not stop there again.

Nobody ever is on the drive through. Sign says it's open, but you sit there for probably 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, before giving up, and driving away.

It was fun to order, Curtis was incredibly kinda efficient, authentic and just all around made the experience highly enjoyable for each of us. Thanks Buddeh. Next time we will be sure to pop in. My fave take out travel spot ever!

Every A&W Restaurant we have been in across Canada, our order is always the same....a grampa cheese burger with diced onions. However, today, after placing our order and waiting 15 minutes, we were informed that this request was not able to be honored. 2 things....if that was the case, why were we not informed when placing the order....and 2nd....why type the request on the order? After waiting almost 20 minutes for the order, food was Luke warm at best. Will not be spending money at this location again

I had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive through. After paying the guy came out and asked me if I had paid and what I had ordered. I repeated my order and specified no mustard. After another 5 minutes I finally got my order and drove home to find the bottom bun and all the topings soaking in mustard. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This was my first taste of A&W. The food was good but also nothing special. I got a “mama” combo and added a side of onion rings. I wasn’t a fan of the seasoning on the rings.The service was at their own speed. I have to give the guy some credit though as he was working the front register and the drive thru at the same time.

Very slow, and the manager had a very bad attitude. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my food, then it was the wrong burger then had to wait another 10 minutes....
