Used Gorilla movers from BC to AB. The service was unbeatable! Price was given minutes into my initial phone inquiry and a couple hours later a Gorilla was at my door to do a quick lookout for size of move. They do not upcharge afterwards! Customer satisfaction becomes obvious very quickly when meeting the movers. They genuinely care about their customers and their contents. Moving is a stressful time and I'm not making this up when I say Gorilla took some of that stress off of me during my move! I called Gorilla with only 2 weeks notice of my move and they were able to fit me in and it was on the Canada Day long weekend. The movers showed up exactly at 9am on the dot. Rob, Pierre and Drake were efficient, quick and super friendly. Nothing damaged, nothing broken and everything exactly where it needed to be. They even helped me out with an extra piece of furniture that ended up not fitting (my bad for not taking the proper measurements). Thank you guys so much, you made the stress of moving easier.

When our previous moving arrangements with U-Haul were cancelled last minute, we were so stressed. Gorilla moves came to our rescue! Not only did they make it work for the moving day, they were able to get an extra truck last minute. Owner Scott really cares and communicated well. Huge shout out to Troy, Johnny, Drake and James!!! I used Gorilla to move from the mainland to Vancouver Island. Scott showed up within a day or so of me reaching out to do a quote on the move. Scott is very accurate and honest about scope and size of your move, truly an expert! I had a couple professional packers come and help us out and they were very efficient and thorough. The loading and unloading crew were experts at safely transporting and loading the truck, they have very clean moving blankets, trucks, and tie downs. During unloading they will put your stuff wherever you want it at the new place, even offered to help setup some furniture that we disassembled for moving. These guys rock! Highly recommend. A sure way to have a low stress move.
