The chai baba latte was terrible. It was basically a glass of milk with ice in it. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw the barista put a chai tea bag in some hot water for maybe 30 seconds. A splash to slightly tea colored water mixed with milk.Also tried an Italian soda. It was way to sweet normally 1 or 2 pumps of flavor is what you get they put in like 4 or 5 so it was just syrupy.Price was cheap, but that's about the only redeeming factor.

Beautiful cafe! Reminds me of the Central Perk from Friends. The comfy couch is EVERYTHING! Great place to have a coffee or tea and catch up with friends. Reasonably priced and welcoming environment!

first time at this lovely tea room. very relaxed atmosphere. staff was awesome, even had a young lady sing happy birthday to me. the place was spotless and coffee was great. will definitely be a repeat customer

Lovely spot. Reasonably priced coffee and tea's. She uses Pilgrim coffee beans. Nice to have an independent option for a coffeehouse on the Westside.

Lovely new locally owned tea room downtown Westbank! The lovely lady that owns and runs this is truly what makes this store unique! Her energy and passion for making a customers day good shines through! Also loved the plants!

Absolutely lovely place and owner, very warm and welcoming. Amazing hot chocolate with all the toppings that hot chocolate deserves. Great prices.Amazing tea options, locally sourced where able, and soon baked goods!Will be going back here again and again!
