Been here myself before to shop for dresses and also went back recently to shop for a dress for my mother. The staff was super helpful and the dresses are beautiful! I do wish they had more size ranges. Some dresses we needed a size up in but it wasn't available. I also don't remember seeing any sizes above a 12. It would definitely be great if they included a bigger size range.

Got a super cute vintage looking rainbow sweater and denim skirt that i love from there. Okay staff. Cool atmosphere. If you can get passed and ignore the snarky judgy pumpkin spice latte Holier than thou" girls who are there for the prom dresses you will have a a good time. Good helpful staff."

I saw a cute black floral dress in the window and had to go in. Staff was super friendly, informing me that they had more sizes in the back if I couldn't find the one I was looking for and that I was welcome to try things on. Loved their selection -- everything was super cute! I'll definitely be going back in the fall to see what's on offer for cold-weather clothing. Prices were good, and the dress I bought feels well made and comfortable. Can't wait to wear it!

I don’t normally review clothing stores but feel compelled to give a shout out to the staff at Agent 99 after a great experience today. All salespeople (I think I interacted with 4 or 5) were all friendly and helpful. Love my new sweater. Thank you!

If I could rate this higher then 5 I would. The best customer service I have ever had. My daughter is chronically ill and not able to shop. So went in myself looking and the amazing staff helped me find a couple dresses allowed me to take them home and get her to try them on, gave me a cell number to text or call for help other sizes or colours, absolute amazing, we found the dress this mama had huge crocodile tears from all the support thank you so much ❤️

Such a fun store! I brought my 11 year old here to find an end of school year dress. They have so many fun gifts and accessories too! I also spotted formal dresses from size 0 to 20

I’m a big fan of this store, they often have unique items and things you wouldn’t find anywhere else. I shop here for dresses for military balls and events, and their selection never disappoints (I’m have a mid-sized body, around a size 10-12 usually and they’ve always had my size where other stores haven’t). I’ve bought everything from ball gowns, to tie dye sweaters, to face masks, to a set of cat-themed playing cards there. The things in this store are endless and always interesting. The staff have always been friendly and great to chat with. I work in retail as well, so I know the importance of customer service and they are always great when I’m in.

This is one of my favourite stores to shop at, however every time I walk in the staff are apathetic and hardly give recognition to customers. Once you start trying things on or checking out at the till, the employees are friendly then. Overall this is a cute local spot to shop at, but I never expect standard customer service some other places might provide.
