I see that there are glowing reviews about the service of this company. But my experience has been miserable. I communicated with a chap in their Saskatoon office by the name of Ryan to design a sprinkler system for my acreage and after dilly dallying and sometimes responding rudely, he told me last Saturday that he finally had the design ready but would get the parts list ready and send it. Now, today (28 April, 2021), when I called to follow up, he asks someone else in his office to give a message that he cannot do it and I should go elsewhere. This, after wasting almost a month of my time! Considering the fact that everyone else who have reviewed have had a great experience with this company, I cannot but think that it is my last name that seems to have been offensive to this person to have acted this way and many times absolutely rudely.

I have been dealing with these fine folks for years. They are like family. I look forward to visiting them. They certainly show their appreciation for my business. Really cool stuff. Running a business the way it should be done, from the heart.

Very rude sales associate. Buying sprinkler stuffs from the store for the last 5 years. Everytime I had the same miserable experience particularly from one of their long time employee. He could be the branch manager, not sure. But he made me feel unwelcome.

Went in to see if I could get a piece of turf for our chihuahua puppy for the winter - was delighted to find out they had an old sample in the back that they were willing to part with! Great customer service and we will be spreading the word to all of our friends that need turf!

Our sprinklers are working better than they ever have been after their technician came and fixed them. They shoot about twice as far! Would definitely recommend this company.

I brought a small backyard design in 3 weeks ago ,, I was told I would have it back in 2 days .. 2 days turned to 4 .. then 7 , then 14 ,, now going on over 3 weeks .. I’ve asked 4 times if it’s completed so I can get started .. each time he says just a few more days .. I give up .. going elsewhere .
