Great service. I brought my bike in for a wobbly tire and they fixed a bunch of other issues with the bike that other mechanics I have seen over the past few months couldn't fix. Very reasonably priced service. Thank you Don!

They boxed my bike for a flight with $60 in a case i bought from them for $550. Most importantly they didn't tell me about the over weight and I got charged extra $115 at the airport. Second terrible problem was they said they can't fit in the rack but I easily could fit it! I mean that's their job! The guy in the front desk didn't have a proper attitude for customer service.

There is an issue whit the derailleur and front suspension got some glue residue from something that been remove. Did not look like it was new.My mecano is talking to Shimano to get the issue resolve whit the derailleur.Because I am far from the shop, making sure everything is ok before shipping would have made the issue disappear

I recently purchased a bike from here and the service was excellent. They showed me numerous different models and even let me do some test rides. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a new bike.
