Ordered wings off uber eats they got to the house cold but didn't pay much mind to it started eating them with the lights dimmed half way through eating them realized they were raw immediately ran to pull trig after eating. some of you might look at the photo and think it's just a blood vessel and fine but even if it was the bone in the middle of some of the drums were still red with blood so not cooked.. tried to call them to let them know who ever was working fryer is going to kill someone but no one picked up after calling 3 times. Thanks for the possible salmonella!

Drive 20 min. To find out they have no white meat. Had to take double leg. Don't like dark. Fries even though fresh cut looked almost black. Excuse short staff. No sign outside that I could see. My neighbour went there around 6pm one night and was turned away saying they were out of chicken. Swiss Chalet was always a go to place never going back to the Belleville one.

Chicken and baked potato for both of us could have been cooked slightly longer. Chicken was good but was very tight to the bone so just a bit underdone. Potato was also just a little underdone.Wait staff and greeters were excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. Will be back again as this is usually a wonderful Swiss Chalet

We typically get takeout from here the food is good , love the chalet sauce we always buy extra. Our order is always accurate and packed well. I would have gave 5 stars if they had a bell to ring when you arrive as you can wait quite a while at the cash waiting for an employee to come out.

This is an absolute trash bag of a restaurant. Ordered online, stated I wanted chalet sauce instead of gravy on my poutine. I then stated my allergies (which was why I needed the chalet sauce) I was given regular poutine instead. Not only was my order wrong, but my dietary restrictions were ignored. I called the restaurant, they said they'd replace it and deliver it to me. 10 minutes later I get a text saying I need to come pick it up. STAY AWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food is decent but we've lived here for 6 years now and I don't think we have once received our meals within industry standard times (which says a lot - Swiss Chalet usually has a very quick guest turn over). This is very clearly a management issue since we have not had this issue at other locations. We don't go very often anymore because of this but when we do we joke that we'll probably have to wait another hour after our scheduled pickup time/after getting drinks to actually getting our meals. But when our joke comes to fruition it's no longer funny...To add, not once that we've been here has the dining room been full, so I'm just beyond confused on how it takes so long.

I popped in for lunch with a friend last week and ended up having a great time. Our server Linda was a delight! So friendly and nice. I have some dietary restrictions and she helped me figure out what I could order. Will definitely be back when I'm in area!

Did take out. The person taking the order seemed like she really did not want to be there. Asked for chicken on a bun with no pickle. Got a pickle and no dipping sauce. Waited more than 25 minutes. Food was stone cold and dried out. Better choices out there for less money and less attitude than Swiss Chalet Bellville. Nice waiting area, guess because you will be waiting. Check your order before leaving!My sister who also order the same meal as I did, except she ordered a salad and found it to be very good.My French fries were over cooked and cold. She tasted them to see if was just me. I did not finish my fries and she found her chicken sandwich cold and dry. Incidentally, she also did not receive chalet sauce. Perhaps they no longer serve sauce with sandwiches any more.Like I said before, check your order and there are better choices with better food.

This restaurant was very nice and clean someone to seat us right away. The waitress was there when we needed her and the service was great she was very friendly
