I must say that we are extremely happy with how Nate Goshorn represented us in the purchase of our home in August 2019. Nate did an excellent job on selling my property. Before I signed the listing agreement he explained what percentage his fee would be, how he would advertise the property, and we determined what the listing price should be.Nate used a timeline app to keep me u pdated every day as to what was happening, such as the viewings and feedback from prospective buyers.He prepared all the necessary papers for the Agreement to Purchase and helped me in the final purchase price, which was the price I wanted.The time from the signing of the listing agreement to the time the new owners took possession of the property was less than 2 months.In my opinion, Nate's professional attitude in his dealings with me makes him an ideal real estate agent.Richard Reimer
