The service was terrible, the waitress acted like we were an imposition. I will never go back to that restaurant ever again and for the first time the waitress did not get a tip. My breakfast was cold and didnt even get an offer of more coffee. I strongly recommend people do not go there when the dark haired tattoed waitress is working, and not go there at all.

We used to enjoy going to Goodies,It has been reduced to simply bad food, undercook frozen sole, lettuce was rusted, greek potatoes were pre cooked , tasted like fridge, they have new cooks and they are not very good.

I've ordered hamburger steak here about 4 different times but it seems that the cooking staff does NOT know how to brown the onions although I make this request every single time, I've given up and don't order this meal any longer. On my most recent visit I decided to order a steak sub and wouldn't you know it, the onions were browned - unbelievable!

He all . Hands down I loved this place . Staff was amazing restaurant was clean bizzy with locals. The menu has something for everyone, and the execute the menu so so well . Food was great ate there 3 times and wish I could have tried everything. Had the smoked meat sandwich and crepes with banana eggs home fries … I have nothing but good things to say .. I can’t wait till I get to go back. Thank you to the staff management and the cooks your guys are amazing.

I wish there was a Goodies in every city. It's a great diner with superb 'comfort food' and the very - very best smoked meat sandwiches, even better than Montreal or NY. Get there early and be prepared for amazing food and lovely service. It's one place where a 20% tip is not enough - they deserve more - just love it.

Average place. Food was good and reasonably priced. Portions were large. It was fairly busy when we stopped so took a bit of time to get served. Double check on the breakfast times. The menu was for both but breakfast was over.

VERY VERY BAD Services !The restaurant take the bad address when i order. (The wrong TOWN!!! ) ..... so far away from my address. So i ask the restaurant to have a new order. Not a cold order send 1h before, at the wrong address. The answer, a simple NO. Ok sir, we ordered alot from Goodies! NO more ! Now good luck, bad services make bad reviews and bad business ! Very nice when you have guests... They know where to never order ! :)

On Thursday, April 13 2023 11:30 AM, stopped at Goodies Restaurant on Main St West in Hawkesbury Ontario for lunch. Asked the waitress for a food recommendation. She suggested the smoked meat sandwich. Very very tender meat, french fries cooked perfectly, delicious coleslaw and half a dill pickle. Generous portions. Delicious and satisfying. Highly recommended.
