Extremely fast service - I was quoted over 1hr for another company, so I tried Parkway and a driver was on the scene within 10minutes. Extremely friendly, professional and took great care getting my car unstuck from the curb (first time ever getting stuck, so it was stressful). Good payment options, just wish I was able to pay by debit.

Fair price, very quick service. I had a fantastic flatbed driver that knew his way around an electric car, and made sure I got my car charged.Highly recommend

Easily the best service ever from a towing company. Very helpful, friendly and honest at the accident scene. Provided a ride to desired location rather than having to arrange for someone to meet me at the yard. Incredibly helpful in the days following the accident when needing to arrange for someone to retrieve personal items while I was not able to get there. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys - amazing! Can't thank them enough.

I was newly moved to Niagara falls and my car tyre got flat on 22 November The guy from this company charged me extra because I didn’t knew the rule and regulations about canada and towing charges in niagara region but after sometime someone told me that towing charges should be less than $150 but that guy charged me 227 dollars from near Niagara outlet to Victoria avenueThank for doing this to meThanks to Canada

Where do they hire these people? I did not have a problem with the company until December 16th, 22 around 7pm I called for a quote here I am already stressed out because my car is stuck in mud. The lady on the other line (dispatcher) was extremely rude for some reason, which did not make the situation any better! The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Ended up hanging up the phone after her rude response and a OVERPRICED quote and up! “And that’s IF we could get you out” Ended up calling else where. Got my car out within 10 mins of them hooking everything up

I just bought a 1989 Porsche 944 project car. It had no plates and was not registered so I could not use CAA. It was already 6pm and my destination was 173km from Niagara Falls to Ajax. All other towing companies could not accommodate me and said that tomorrow morning would be the most convenient. Parkway Towing came through and had 1 more flatbed that could take my request (man I was so lucky). Gordon, came by tired but still kind and professional. He has been working since 9am and had to drive another 2 hours to Ajax, and then another 2 hours back to Niagara Falls. I let him have his dinner and take his time driving. Gordon, if you see this, hope you're having a good one!

Igor just went above and beyond saving my suv from an ill-timed adventure with my son. Very professional and helped get us back on the road.Will highly recommend!No offense - but I hope I won’t need his help again soon :)
