Dr K is a good lister and gives good advice. She talks calmly and I’m comfortable talking to her.

I do like my new Psychiatrist Sule Karakas I do not recommend Dr George Jackson, he is not truthful in his file reporting, talkingvto him in person is like talking to an Ice block, he has no empathy for the patient and doesn't listen to patient concerns. I wish I would have left his care sooner and found my new Psychiatrist.

The group is very professional and helpful. I didn’t know where to start to pick a therapist. I told the scheduler what I was looking for in a counselor and she schedule my first two visits. My therapist has been perfect for my needs.

It’s only been my first appointment but so far my experience has been very positive. The office responded quickly to my request and was able to set me up with an appointment the same week.I met with Dr S. Kurakus and it was a really good first appointment.

They gave me an appointment for my son. I took my son out of school so he could have an appointment only to find out that the provider was a nurse. She said she was going to refer me to a doctor and they never called me back. I also had an appointment with a doctor and they called me later to say that he no longer worked with the company. Then they gave me another appointment at 7 pm which is my family time because they didn't have any more appointments. Then this provider was ALSO. a nurse and she took one hour AGAIN asking me the same exact questions that the original doctor did and she didn't even read any of my clinical history. AND like this wasn't enough they sent me a bill for $260 when I didn't have any out of pockets from m y insurance. When I called billing they make me wait ANOTHER Hour to pick up the phone. I am not going back here. Horrible company and service.

Wonderful experience overall so far. Great customer service setting me up with a therapist. My first appointment with my therapist was great! Will continue my therapy journey with them!

Wonderful practice, setting up my first appointment was easy - one phone call.The website for filling in forms is a little tricky on an iPhone. Once I moved to a computer no issues with the forms resetting or auto saving empty.My first appointment with Dr. Sule Karakus was seamless. She was able to identify and target what I need help with. I’m looking forward to our next appointment and excited for the treatment plan we have in place. Also, thank you for providing telehealth.
