New Exton Dry Cleaners

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!!! I give New Exton Dry Cleaners a 1 Star for their effort of taking my duvet, but I will never ever go back to this cleaner because they provide poor customer service. I dropped off my duvet this Monday and they marked on my receipt that it will be ready on Wednesday, needless to say it was not ready and they did not even call to let me know. I called this morning and the guy said it will be ready after 4pm, still they did not call me, I had to call them myself. I get to the cleaners to pick up my duvet and the guy tells me that it was ready yesterday; which was Thursday and that it got left in the car. Ready yesterday!!!!! And they still didn't call me. I expressed to the guy what poor customer service they have and still expected me to pay full price.....I said NOPE, I didnt get the service they provided and demanded a discount. Got a $10 discount, grabbed my duvet and never looked back!!!!

I’ve had nothing but the best service here. The gentleman who works there is always smiling and is very courteous. My clothes are always ready for pick up and even offers to have it back to me the next day. I’m never in a rush as I give myself enough time to dry clean my items but it’s good to know that it’s an option. He is my go-to place!!

It's a little bit hard to find, but I'm glad I did. Excellent service at a reasonable price. The owner is great, very customer oriented. Usually is not open on Saturdays after 3 pm but I had a little emergency alteration that needed to be done that day so I called in beforehand and he was more than willing to accommodate, very grateful!

Well needed my suit and and a couple of shirts dry cleaned last minute and found New Exton was close by. I usually head down to Markland but thought I’d try out New Exton since it’s literally down the street.What a wonderful kind man who owns this place. Told him I had a wedding and needed suit in 3 days. He had it back to me in 2 and even called me. When I picked up we talked for a bit and I learned what a wonderful man he is!! I will never go anywhere else from now on. This man works so hard on his own with a bad hand. I will support him and tell everyone I know to use his services. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very happy with alterations and professional work

The place is okay but the owner is extremely unprofessional. Once he gets to know you he changes to price on you. I don't like to play games I'm sorry. There are better places available.

Visited December 29, 2022Great Dry Cleaners! The service was fast to get all my uniform pieces dry cleaned and ironed. The prices were great and all my pieces came out looking great. Will definitely return in the future.
